Today in celebration of Valentine's Day, three of my Kindergarten classes created Valen-Slime (Thanks to Mama Papa Bubba Blog for the idea). We watched as the slime took form, observed with our senses, and then each student got to take some Valen-Slime home!

Valen-Slime Recipe (Makes about 20 fist-size servings)

Ingredients:
Glue Mixture
  • 3 cups white glue
  • 2 ¼ cups hot water
  • Food coloring

Instructions:
Borax Mixture
  • 1 ½ cups hot water
  • 3 ½ tablespoons Borax

Enjoy! Use your senses to explore (but do not use your sense of taste!)

**If planning to store in a bag, add some of the leftover liquid from the bowl into the bag with your Valen-Slime!
